Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We recommend checking your order status in your account dashboard or contacting us to verify whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, custom products (specifically made to your specifications), and personal care items. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays or may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your financial institution's processing times. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For items purchased during promotional periods or with discounts, only the amount you actually paid will be refunded. Any promotional value or discount applied to your original purchase cannot be refunded or transferred.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order number and payment details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processors to resolve any issues. In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
